Who We’re Looking For
We need someone with extensive WordPress experience who knows the platform inside out, including WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and other popular plugins. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of solving challenges independently.
Additionally, since we are a distributed team, candidates should have fair communication skills with English proficiency. Team members are required to communicate in either Hindi or English for effective collaboration.
Technical Skills Required
- Expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins
- Strong understanding of WordPress hooks (actions & filters)
- Experience with WooCommerce & WooCommerce Subscriptions
- Strong grasp of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) in PHP
- Ability to customize plugins like ACF Pro & Gravity Forms using hooks
Frontend Development
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Knowledge of the Fetch API & DOM Manipulation
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap
- Ability to work with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi)
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
- Experience with ReactJS
- Familiarity with UIKit CSS framework
- Understanding of FacetWP and WPML (Multilingual Plugin)

- Developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
- Creating dynamic, high-performance websites with WooCommerce integrations
- Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO
- Handling custom API integrations
- Collaborating with the team to improve workflow and solve technical challenges
