A platform that couldn’t keep up
When Jinfiniti came to us, they were running their online store on a custom Django setup. While powerful in theory, the system was difficult for their team to manage day-to-day. Frequent data discrepancies between systems led to order issues and downtime, costing them both revenue and customer trust. Their setup was also not optimized for mobile or conversions, making it hard to capitalize on the increasing demand for their products.
The more their customer base grew, the more the limitations of their infrastructure got in the way. They needed a flexible, scalable solution that could support their rapid growth—and make their internal workflows far easier.
Our Solution
A complete e-commerce overhaul
We migrated Jinfiniti to WordPress and WooCommerce, transferring more than 100,000 customer profiles and historical order data without disruption. This gave them a reliable, scalable foundation with a user-friendly interface for managing their store and customers.
We designed a mobile-optimized storefront built around proven conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, significantly improving the browsing and buying experience. Checkout was reworked from the ground up, with support for multiple payment gateways, express checkout options, and smart upsells to increase average order value.
Shipping and fulfillment got an upgrade too—with full integration of ShipStation and TrackShip for end-to-end tracking and logistics management.
Beyond the store, we introduced a new subscription model with seamless recurring billing, plus a dedicated dashboard for healthcare providers to order in bulk. Branded report generation, easier access to biomarker results, and key third-party integrations helped create a fully connected ecosystem for their team and their customers.
